Companion enjoying time with a senior
The Role

What does a companion do?

As a SeniorPal companion, you visit older adults in their homes and spend quality time with them. This might look like a long conversation over tea, a game of cards, a gentle walk in the garden, or simply being a friendly, familiar face.

There's no medical or personal care involved just genuine human connection. You bring warmth, reliability, and presence. That's it. And it's more powerful than you might think.

It's simple, human work and the impact it has on someone's life is real.
