1. Safeguarding Policy

SeniorPal is committed to safeguarding all clients. Any concerns relating to abuse, neglect, or wellbeing are taken seriously and acted on immediately. All staff are expected to report concerns promptly.

2. Companion Conduct

Companions are expected to act with respect, professionalism, and kindness at all times. Boundaries must be maintained, and companions must not handle client money or engage in inappropriate relationships.

3. Service Guidelines

SeniorPal provides social companionship only. Services include conversation, activities, and social engagement. We do not provide medical or personal care.

4. Complaints Procedure

We welcome feedback and take concerns seriously. Any complaints will be reviewed promptly and handled fairly. Clients and families can contact us directly to raise any issues.
